Attention Parents of 6th Grade Students

The TDAP and Varicella Immunizations are REQUIRED to Enter 7^th Grade

It’s time to start thinking ahead to 7^th grade and making sure your child is up-to-date on all immunizations.  

In order to be enrolled in 7^th grade, all students need the TDAP shot and an additional Varicella shot (Chickenpox).  

Please submit proof of immunizations to the school office ASAP in order to avoid enrollment delays.
