Dear Bethany Families,
Happy spring!  A huge thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s pancake breakfast.  The pancakes were delicious, the entertainment was amazing, and we made approximately $4000.00 to support student activities at Bethany School.
Our next event is BSF’s Family Day, scheduled for April 21st from 11-5 in the quad.  Please join us for a fun filled day that includes a concert, vendors, food & fun activities! Admission is free, so bring your lawn chairs & dancing shoes & enjoy. If you are interested in becoming a vendor or can volunteer for this event, please contact BSF or the school office.
A huge congratulations to our Division A Bobcat Science Olympiad team for placing 5th out of 51 teams at the San Joaquin County competition on Saturday.  Bethany students won medals and ribbons in a variety of categories, and did an outstanding job of showcasing their science knowledge.
Bethany students and teachers continue to prepare for this year’s administration of the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) which begins on April 23rd and continues through May 11th.  This is a computer adaptive assessment that is administered to all students in grades 3-8.  Thank you for not planning any appointments or vacations during this testing window.
Finally, just a reminder that parents remaining on campus between 2:20 and 2:55 must register as visitors.  Also, please remember that all primary grade children and younger siblings must remain with parents, and no children are allowed on the outdoor stage at this time.  Thank you for helping us keep our school safe!
Great things happen at Bethany every day.  Thank you for sharing them with us!
